Random Thoughts of Pretty Days, Arizon and Strange Urges
I will get random urges to just smack my friend Spencer in the face. Out of the middle of nowhere. He IS anoying at times, but the urges are completely random.
....
On certain days I have the most overwhelming urge to go for a really long walk. Like those days that are perfect for strolling around a park with your lover holding your hand. Those days that would be perfect for a picnic and flying kites. Ah! With a perfect blue sky with adorable clouds, if there are clouds at all. And a breeze that isnt too hot, but not too cold either. Days where the birds sing the prettiest tunes and the crickets and cicadas create an orchestra. These are the days I walk home the long way and sit at random park benches just to stare at the sky. These are the days that I feel like skipping and spinning in circles. I love it! These kind of days happen all throughout the year, sometimes they are in fall, winter, summer, or spring.
Arizona has the most beatiful sunsets and skys and ah! they are so pretty. I love the way the desert feels at night. So...serene. Its so quiet here in Arizona. Back in Cali, there were busy streets and police sirens, gunshots even. (haha I'm exagerating a bit) But here, its crickets and cicadas. I love how the best time to swim is at night. 8pm, 10 pm, 3am, you name it. In the summer, its absolutely amazing.
But yes...back on topic.
I love pretty days. Days where picnics and holding hands and skipping are just a natural thing. Days that make you giddy and happy inside, that make you giggle for no reason. Those are my faovrite days...
Busy as a Bee (What am I going to do in IB?!)
Like...I haven't a single day off.
This week looked something like this:
- Monday-Crazy english project due, babysat after school till 5, came home, lots of school work, some Facebook time, and then sleep.
- Tuesday-AP World History project due, see above
- Wednesday-hmmm. dont even remember anymore. Oh, today was a nice break, i put everything else off to go hang out with Sissy, then went to mutual, came home, sleep.
- Thursday-school. LOTS of studying.
- Friday (Today)-Two tests in school, an oral presentation due, worked from 3-7, came home, did chores.
- Saturday-Chores, Hilary and Cassie come over, babysit some more, DANCE!
- Sunday-Sing in both sessions of Stake Conference 9-?, Mia Maid metting @4, fireside at 6
Hey, thats life right?
I just feel a little drained lately. And stressed. But I'm always stressed. I will die of stress related colitis just like Wilbur Wilberforce. (He abolished the slave trade in England, in case you didnt know. He was a very deticated person who was continually ill because of stress. But, he did accoplish great things, so maybe its worth it..?)
I'm now "working". Not exactly what society calls a real job or a real paycheck, but I'm still not able to get a real, paying job. So I babysit. Two to three times a week till 5-7pm. $20 a week isnt so bad. Although, it is pure torture to make babies cranky while they are teething, it makes the whole world miserable. lol

"Okay. So i know school can be crazy stressful, like...I have meltdowns all the time. First, go to your room, lock the door and turn up some music with beat that will keep you singing, Let everything out and cry out all your feelings. Punch a pillow, jump on your bed, take a warm (or cold) shower, take a bubble bath, do your hair and makeup AMAZINGLY and then take a million pictures of urself, just because. Do something to get your mind of everything. Write everything out; every feeling, frustration, anxiety, anything. Write it. Scribble it! When you feel better, take a deep breath, say a prayer for comfort, strength, and knowledge. Then open your scriptures randomly and just start reading. Flip over a few chapters and read something there. I know that there are answers to anything in there and with the help of Heavenly Father, he can help us find them and take them in differently than we might if we were just skimming throught before bed. Well, that doesnt stop everything for forever, but it helps.
You will do great....dont freak yourself out. You have an amazing talent. Ask heavenly father for strength, you'll get it. Keep practicing, keep believing in yourself, dont underestimate yourself.Dont be afraid to ask for help.And...I still havent figured out the whole boy thing yet. I do the exact same things and act and feel the exact same way. I'm not sure why we plan out everything in our heads, but then totaly freeze when it comes down to it. Boys do that to us. And it sucks. I would say that the best thing to do is talking to them. But we both know how hard that can be. My best recomendation is my first paragraph ;) "
If you want me to take this down (you know who you are) message me and I'll have no objections.
